Scraps of paper, cuttings from preciously preserved previous works, little words, traces, memories ... So many scattered fragments which metamorphose and come together through a subtle alchemy, to constitute a singular universe where nothing is never frozen.
Gudny Rosa Ingimarsdottir was born in 1969 in Reykjavik (Iceland). She studied at the Icelandic College of Art and crafts in Reyjavik in the early 1990s. She then continued her training at La Cambre (Brussels) to finish it at the HISK-Hoger (Ghent). She lives and works in Brussels while remaining active on the Icelandic scene.
