Preparation of Art Book Orders

Art books are precious. Special care is taken in their preparation: cartons adapted to the size and weight have been selected for their durability to ensure protection during transport.

The displayed timelines for each item indicate the preparation time for your order (packing and handover to the carrier). Carrier delivery times are added to this stated timeline. Delivery times are 48 hours for Metropolitan France (Colissimo Suivi Direct) and 4–5 days for covered European countries (Colissimo Suivi Europe).

Order Tracking

Your order is confirmed by email after secure payment on our site via Credit Card or PayPal. Preparation and handover of the package(s) to the carrier are carried out promptly depending on book availability.

We inform you by email about the progress of your order preparation at the time of validation and upon dispatch.

You can also track the status of your order by logging into the My Account section (located at the top right of the screen) using your email address and password provided during account creation.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We recommend checking your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours after receipt to raise any issues with the carrier in case of damage or shortage.

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the item(s) to decide. In case of an exchange or refund request, the item(s) must be returned after contacting the Customer Service.

A Colissimo Return Label will then be sent to you.

Refunds for amounts paid in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal are made without charge.
