Listening to the world, she explores and transmits the acoustic vibration of the places where she is invited to exhibit.
Using clever equipment, the device that captures them amplifies their resonance and allows them to circulate in the exhibition space. Other devices placed outside also take the energies contained in the atmosphere; these then unite with the underground vibrations.
Charlotte Charbonnel transposes these mixed energies into a sensory trajectory: visual and sound elements that unfold from room to room. She thus gradually brings us back to the raw sound source that she never stopped driving, modulating and making us cross, in support of the architectural qualities of the abbey, which has become a sounding board for a "song. of the earth "which supports it.
